Graham Kelly has voluntarily kept his 31 million NOX shares in escrow for an extra nine months. I wonder what we can read into this?
If his shares had been released from escrow in August, he would have been able to sell some at times of high volume (for instance, after the release of DARRT results) without depressing the share price.
The escrow extension was not strictly necessary if he had no intention to sell, but it tells the Market that GK is happy with progress at Noxopharm. GK knows a bit more about progress than I do, so I am happy that he is happy.
