hopefully, this pre-empts good news from the company, and contracts etc. So no employees can buy etc. seems like they have to get persmission from company to trade at all in the shares...thats a good thing...
If the company is now profitable, and securing contracts, we should see plenty of upside...
I still think the singapore owners will make a tilt for NMS at higher than 5c...
