so selling now at the bottom is probably a bad idea because there still is hope obl can come good and get back to at least 1.5c or 2.5c in the medium term, what about obls cash position , its very low isn't it? even if bopl give us the $200,000 or whatever it is they owe us, that will only be enough to pay admin for a few extra weeks wont it?
