Pete, if you haven't been reading between the lines, the company is strategically putting itself in a position where the SP could actually provide a good return for shareholders in the coming 2 years. There are confidentiality agreements in place that none of us know the details. There are strategic investors waiting on the sidelines to enter once the ownership issue is sorted. BOPL have now been issued with a cash call that they can't pay of which BRU doesn't want to cover.

You have to remember the company have a very good relationship with the DMP. They have done everything right, with all things being equal should equate to a positive outcome. The SP is sad sad at the moment without a doubt, does it mean that it will go to .0005, I don't know, but buyers are coming in and soaking up the shares, hell I have even been picking up a few more. At the end of the day the MC of the company is ridiculous which is why I am still here. I'm not defending the company by no means, but I am very interested to see where this thing could head after ownership is sorted and there is money in the bank.
