Auzview "what is the reason for this notice?" I would suggest the performance of the company since its inception, it has been failure after failure, that is the reason for the notice. just removing those 2 directors is not enough, David Hutton also has to bear a lot of the responsibility for where this company is at today, he's got to go too, and I would suggest that the new bod will give him his marching orders. The current team have proven time and again that they cannot select or aquire any decent ground that may host a profitable orebody. This has been a lifestyle company for DH and the BOD in my opinion.
