A number of companies were set up and given the unallocated shortfall shares from the underwritten rights issue. It looks to me like two of these companies are moving this request forward. My thoughts are D Hutton stays but change might be baked in to the cake as part of the previous understanding.
Just my thoughts which may be right or wrong. Given large cash pile and decent projects especially Billy Hills ahead a change of tempo in corporate strategic decision making might just make a difference going forward to make the most of project strategy.
