good to see all the old faces out...

perhaps board has received takeover offer in incomplete terms or lowball and consider it not material and non-discloseable. then perhaps certain shareholders have caught wind and think it should be accepted/disclosed/treated more seriously? all of that is 100% speculation, but difficult to see how these two minnow mining directors could offer any menaingful contribution to the long term international growth of a confectionary company in my opinion.
