Ookami Limited (ASX:OOK) (Ookami or the Company) confirms that it has today issued 11,111,111 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at $0.045 per Share to Placement participants as announced to ASX on 12 March 2018; 5,000,000 Shares to National Currency eXchange Group Limited under the Strategic Collaboration and Development Agreement announced to ASX on 12 March 2018, and 1,200,000 Shares to the Company’s investor relations consultant for services.
Most likely the 1.2m service fee shares getting sold today. Don't think NCX will sell their shares and placement participants, unless they are idiots, won't sell that low.
But as always impatient or anxious holder will see that, coupled with a red day, a compelling reason to sell.
I will use today top up, spent a lot of time to DMOR, if only a small fraction of what is planned will become reality the sp will be at least 20c. Not today or tomorrow, but in 12 -24 months very likely.
