Still need production test results. The sands have been there for many years. Why is the Mississippian interesting now?
Because of horizontal drilling and fracking. These are vertical wells. Market isn't going to be excited until we see good vertical production but more importantly horizontal drilling and production. How many times will production increase to offset the higher expenses that we know will come if they use horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracking.
300ft doesn't mean anything unless they can show they have a REPEATABLE ability to multiply recoverable reserves on a cost effective basis.
