Thanks Shady, I'll look into that more closely. I've watched several presentations and interviews with Chris Cairns on Youtube and it all seems good, but I just don't have the experience to see it in context with other companies. I'm 23 so I've clearly got a lot of learning to do, probably the hard way. Any advice for gaining experience in this sector?
