Under the circumstances, the drillers stand to benefit also from prolonging a CR as they are invested in svy through the part equity payment agreement.
Some negotiations could potentially buy more time with the drillers for the possibility of achieving better results before going to the market.
Don't know if this is feasible but $2.3mil can go along way when your biggest creditor has a self interest in making it go further.
