An Ann is not required unless the presentation contains new information not already disclosed to the market. In which case, any Ann should be lodged prior to Chris speaking.
I think it's just a run of the mill investor presentation to drum up interest for the upcoming CR and to help build a network of prospective buyers for the asset.
It's unlikely to contain any info we don't already know.
