The timing of a cr will give us a very good hint to the company's confidence internally.
If they were to risk pushing it out til after 45 then we can assume they are extremely confident that the target is right under their nose.
If it comes in the next week or 2 then perhaps there is some doubt still on its location.
If they are as close as they say, then the prudent approach would be to raise a minimal amount now and then raise more significantly after better results.
