The source I quoted is a respected industry source comprised of well over 100 pages of data and risk metrics for each country directly related to mining investment. I don't know personally so I put my trust in the experts on the subject and certainly believe facts over perception. But hey if you care to share your breadth of knowledge and research regarding mining investment in Mongolia as opposed to posting some throw away comment then please feel free to share.
