In regards to valuation of 2.5 to 4ish cents. As sad as it is that is probably true as it doesn't and can't offer value in ground etc. But with this new announcement we can see that value growing with a JV. What RUM are willing to pay a few cents for now they know will be worth more than 20 once they prove up and indicate production phase.

Time is what we need with some funding and a better organisation skill set.

RUM would have to beat 4 cents or me to think of selling to them
