@GivUsAChance - these are "in the money" options - that is giving freebies. An incentive is to give "out of the money" options so shareholders get a chance to benefit from some improved sp as well before they get slapped with more dilution... . Also, as I said before, check out what happened in Texas with some of these directors before. Makes for some interesting reading of court documents and should make you think twice before giving these guys any of your hard earned $.
Happy for you to stick with these guys and I hope you make a s-load of money but I will continue to point out why backing this mob is a highly, highly risky proposition.
