Options are free with no hurdles other than not getting fired or leaving the job. Really!? What value do shareholders get? ZERO.. Dilution with no upside for shareholders (its not like there are staff shortages atm in the oil & gas industry and we are desperately trying to retain staff). Boys looking after their mates.
