Surely they wont go from the second to the third straight away if it wasn't any good? Would be nice to know the rates though, if another 100-150 would be fantastic.
Good to see some key players getting some options before the news...one would think that this could be their technology that is being used given the timing of the issuance...ie if this works we will grant you some options before it runs up.
