Mate don't be surprised. I have been a Top 20 in the past, and have many times voted against the BOD. Normally to make a difference however you need to be top 5, but Top 20 votes, does allow the BOD to take notice for the mood on the street.
@rivermore I have not asked the directors directly but I will if I can get to the AGM, but have you asked them the reasoning for such a scab deal for the JV?
