You ask MMX holders not to worry about what goes on over at CHM yet everything that goes on over here affects MMX holders so like it or not you will be hearing from us as a kind of watchdog pack.

Funny you mention ASIC wont be interested in any indiscretions because they may be busy with other things.
Lack of disclosure will be considered a crime no matter when it occurs and directors can and will be charged if certain information is not forthcoming.

The last CHM quarterly was a joke and mentioned nothing about how they will survive till the trials begin.
Loans from large shareholders?
Where was that mentioned?

Any problems you have with MMX can be argued in court if you get there,but in the meantine as a listed company CHM have certain obligations to the market which they have not been fulfilling.
