CHM about the same.

If I recall CHM raised funds at 1 cent so given what the market has done I am sure those people would feel OK as they are not that far out of breakeven. Do you want to compare that to other capital raisings over the last 6 months let alone the ones done at the peak of the market like CHM.

For the smart ones and for once I can include myself in this group they would have got rid of a bundle and carry the rest for free.

Now lets compare this to the institutions who took up shares at $5 in MMX. What are they going to be feeling right now about a share price of 50 cents.

I think that CHM will win its cases and obviously so does the funder.

I think if you read the history the MMX announcements and the way the wording has changed MMX have realised that there is a case to answer.

Therefore I expect CHM will get costs but what we dont know is what the judge will award. It may be cash or it may be an interest in the resource in both cases.
