There have been predictions for a long time about CHM demise on this and the MMX thread and yet they are still around and a third party has considered their cases (note plural)and is prepared to fund the cases.

Make a phone call yourself to CHM about the AH matter but something is resolved as PA have the files.

I am guessing that the loans are from the key stakeholders and I am happy to bet that they will find the cash to keep the company going while the cases play out.

Again look at the reponses from Cransy, the same old tired jokes from someone who would have not one iota of understanding of the cases and their implications. It is MMX holders who get caught up in if CHM wil survive etc
