Gardie please read the finacial part of the quartterly for CHM.You say they just need to woory about the costs of running the company.$99k means the company will run for about a month based on last quarter figures.Directors pay themselves $26k per quarter.I am not knocking I just wonder where is this company going to find money to repay the $1.65 million debt and run the office etc.The court case will be long and drwn out iy is just a fact that MMX has $165m in bank and they will know they can break CHM even if CHM has funding for their case.I see no mention in the quarterly about an amount of money in a trust fund to pay previous lawyer lets take all the emotion out of this and just look at facts.At the end of the day I doubt anyone on this thread knows all the evidence for the case but we do know all about the financial state of CHM.
