G50 - you are correct, we live to fight another day... as long as the majority of the creditors agree that this is better than liquidating the assets.. clearly the case as all the small creditors get paid up to 25k for amount owning - not many small creditors own anywhere near this im guessing.

This is your typical Robin Hood scenario - Take from the rich to pay the poor..

Us stockholders get rewarded for our faith and belief in a way.

Not often a company comes out and is free to fight on... and debt free by the looks.

If you think about this;
- free to expand the company to 3.5Mtpa
- free of take or pay commitments to WICET & Aurizon
- all the heavy lifting done for the company to have a real crack at it.

What a great opportunity for us holders.
