Right well I'm invested in CNN because I believe they are in the top percent of prospective speculative companies out there. I am not invested in a company that I believe would consolidate just so they can issue loads more shares and push the share price down again. Consolidations have a bad name because of all those leeching companies out there. To discount the potential benefits of a consolidation because of the bad apples is a mistake imo.
