I'm afraid if this is your belief then you don't really understand market dynamics. Consolidations don't work for companies that have no fundamentals. They work very well for companies that do. And CNN has very strong fundamentals, a far-reaching technology, key clients, strong growth, near profitability. At this price range, even becoming profitable, with such high marketcap percentage changes going through .3/.4/.5c etc, it's going to be manipulated to the max. They will be profitable soon anyway. Now is the time to start thinking of consolidation and start attracting some strong investment and get the marketcap up to realistic levels. I understand why many are against a consolidation but you need to compare apples with apples, compare against those companies in the past where consolidation has been successful, not detrimental.
