It has been 7 weeks since the announcement of the deal between SDL and ANS/WAPRC and there is no update whether WAPRC has lodged the application for overseas investment (OI) to China NDRC in Shanghai office. Has WAPRC overseas (outbound) investment been approved by China's NDRC?. WAPR is still not able to convince the ASX regarding the source of funds for $100 million. Trading suspension still remains without any sign when it will be lifted.
Comprador, Hong Kong, the consultant who sealed the deal between SDL and ANS may be able to answer this mystery.
So far it looks not good. No news means bad news?
