Well said and in the long run I believe AUZ are better of....in my opinion battery metal commodity prices will eventually mean the commercial in confidence discount would have been a dud deal.
Don't underestimate M. Hughes influence here either.
Now SK don't have the right to a seat in the board, is that such a bad thing ?
