I have to say I much prefer the take off agreement without them taking up any options.
It does not allow a bigger footprint of control over us and we can make other deals.
SK, can always make an offer to buy 19% of our shares when they want to as can any other potential partner.
By not taking up the options it opens the door to other proposals from other sources in my humble opinion.
