So what your saying in some way if it doesn't happen on its own it won't happen.
The way the battery tech is going they may not need nickel or cobalt I think the money people will be tuned to that.
Sconi is our way to go from what I read scandium will play a big part in the actual alloy body of the new EV revolution , while they are using nickel and cobalt now is the time to move.
