How on earth you can say that AUZ not getting $80m with a 12c placement is a good thing is beyond me. While it was never going to happen, if they'd actually got the $80m shareholders would be a LOT better off. As it is, there's almost certainly a raise coming where you'll either have to stump up more(if that's even an option given to you) or get diluted
