At least the raise wasn't done at half a cent or lower. I also like seeing Lewis incentivised to get things moving.
IMO good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good. It already looks like sales have increased since they both came on, o let's see what they can do across the remainder of the year.
Also, I would hope KR flies inthe back of the plane!
