Straight from the horses (KR) mouth - "the royalty the Company holds at Hellyer only applies to base metals recovered from the leases but excludes the tailings dam. The latter is under the ownership of NQ Minerals. Rights to the base metals on the relevant leases are held by Bass Metals who are currently seeking to divest the leases" So I'm in the dark as to what this means.
