Done some digging, from what I can see in the 2012 annual report Scidev (intec) re-structured a royalty agreement with Bass metals (BSM) granting us 2.5% net smelter return royalty (NSR royalty) and we also got 15million BSM shares. the original sale of Hellyer to BSM happened in 2008 and was for cash per tonne of ore processed capped at $5million but was then renegotiated to be the 2.5% NSR royalty with no cap in 2012
on 30 april 2017 it looks like BSM sold the lease they owned to NQM (London listed) and received a 1% net smelter return from the tenements and to be relieved of all future liabilities associated with the tenements
So I assume when Bass sold the royalty obligations were transferred to NQM
