I guess it depends on how long your horizon is. I think we all picked the dilution, what I didn't pick was the premium that Scholz paid over and above recent price. I would have thought they could have shafted shareholders with an 11 - 12c offer.
Dilution should be more than a minor worry for existing shareholders. It severely dilutes your future upside. Either management have total disregard for your interests as a current shareholder (and their own as they are large holders themselves) or CMV was in really really deep trouble and not likely to have survived without this injection.
The upside is that now with ~$49 mill they will probably survive. But Sholz will now get a huge chunk of your future upside.
Personally I'm out of CMV and onto greener pastures... personally I commend management for (probably) saving the company but can't help but be wary of their consistent willingness to issue new shares (not a recent phenomenon) to outsiders...
