I have summarised a lot of the comments above and submit a proposal to be put to the board - as changed or improved by others here.
Before that we have to understand the shareholding percentages.
Originially the KML shareholding was this (Ansteel owned 535,492,521 shares in GBG and therefore that increased Ansteel shareholding in KML.):
On the 19 March 2014 Ansteel converted a $60m loan into shares which changed the shareholding of KML to thus:
I use the 32.15% and also the 30.76%
Any other suggestions?
