I did some quick numbers

Coda $10M/1500M shares is $0.006 cents plus 2.6 cents is 3.2 cents for GBG.

I guess we stuffed if all big holders accept.

Hopefully they sweeten deal to get shareholder support.

AGO starting price bid was 3.2 cents. It finshed at 4.2 cents.

4.2 cents for GBG would be $40M for 65 percrnt of remaing company.

Coda still gets $10M. Means Ansteel onlh out of pocket $10M. Not to mention they own 35 percent of Coda so only $6.5M.....
