Keep a eye on Macquarie, as they are calling the shots. And possibly end up as the largest JPL shareholder - as I can't imagin they will be taking less equity - right a perhaps they will convert at 6p now too? I also guessing they would take near term cash - over long term maybe's - anytime.

It's been six months now since the 'merger' was announced and only now has the 'project finance' been finalized.

Another three months is a long time!
