I'm a holder and I'm not happy.The price has only been $0.015 or less since the end of August. Most shareholders must hold shares with an average price greater than 0.015 since for years the company's share price has been above this value.I don't want to sell my shares at a loss.
I won't be voting in favour of the scheme.
