No surprises there about the offer being unfair.
As previously mentioned we have to hope another offer may be forthcoming.
I cannot see any mention of the $27M VAT rebate that has been over due for some months. This would give some breathing space for the new mine set up to start producing useful cash. For such a large sum the Board or Deloitte's should have explained what the situation is with this.
