Actually for years OPEC have been accused of collusion to cause price fixing, but yet it continues and probably to the good of the world by making the price of oil and economies relatively stable.

But if such negotiations was to suddenly included USA, then for sure some lawyers are going to make a fist full of money for themselves by taking those involved in the USA to court.

What a predicament. Anyway all I know is price of oil is going south, and Cadloe and my money looks doomed. Ascalon is a beckon of hope. I suppose in that permit there are multiple plays.

Outside of Ascalon what would be the second highest order play for OXX/ PKO? Many have minority interests.
