Folkes, I have believed for a few years that Blade / Viking / CADCO , W ever TF they call themselves have got nothing, never have, including the settlement bucks. The "set" date for pay out threw me a bit, "maybe they will finally cough up the bucks" , but sure enough - zippo.

So... I reckon the original JV stands if they don't pay before the Philli DOE says times up boys, which will be soon, ?maybe December?.

The fact that PKO announced set pay out date, and then CADCO squibbed again, CADCO is painting themselves into a corner. IMO

Anyhoot, GA has some serious skin in this battle, and he ain't no fool. I look at his crew and see a few wyly old foxes. I put a fair whack of my TON $$ back into PKO & OXX
