Not gaining Cadco payment may have been the intended thought by PKO.
The arbitrator now knows Cadco / Blade dont have finance, and that potentially makes his decision making easier - based on one outcome of reinstating PKO with its original finance arrangement deal.
It also gives sticking power to the arbitrators decision.
