Assume it all occurs you will get 83333 shares in OXX (1 for 12)
To buy on market and it's a bit hard to gauge the equivalent at OXX'S current price would be $10833 assuming an OXX share price of 13 cents!
You are out of the money if OXX goes to 8 cents!
You are out of the money if PKO is 1.1 cents or above.
I have bought PKO average 0.007.
