Ok thanks well researched !!! I will have to go back further into the asx news to discover all this information myself now very interesting !!!

Anyway I don't think the company should use court cases as an excuse for not doing anything to create share holder value and increase share price !!!

That's why the company has 3 directors and anyway just employ lawyers !!!!

Why not fund it with CHapmans litigation funder ???? CHapmans may have made a few dollars !!!! They never have but that's another story !!!
Bhp Telstra Lend Lease must have court action every day but it does not stop them !!!! It's part of everyday business get on with it !!!!

I would have thought that directors would have worked really hard and come up with some great plans for little old Sxx to compensate for lost time !!!! But no nothing !!!!!

In 2007 Sxx was .12 cents they then had ctb shares with only two cents to pay !!!! Well now Sxx has lost 95% of its value and is trading at .011 that's less than the call !!!!

No wonder all the shareholders including me are feeling oppressed !!!! Where has our capital gone ????

What's the share price going to be in 10 years ???

If history repeats itself then .001 that's right 0ne tenth of a cent !!!

No wonder Tim the nice beer drinking Aussie bloke is worried !!!!
