clearly we need a contract! not an agreement. No legal status so can back out on it at any time. Why does management think the shareholders who own 90% ( and are only a couple of guys possibly the sods from the beginning) would ever keep their word. LOCK THEM INTO A CONTRACT WITH LEGAL STANDING AND THEN TAKE THEM TO COURT!!!!!
