Probably only round one as OBl is basically in no different position. It gets interesting as REY has to now make a decision whether they support Backreef Oil, as while Backreef Oil is there someone has to pay. There is no certainty that REY can ever get on title so OBL still has some leverage. Prediction is for silence and the ducks all paddling furiously below the surface. OBL should end up with cash.
