Yes but as all financial advisors do, shouldn't they have a disclaimer about no-liability, if the outcome varies. If a board advises you as a shareholder to take a particular action and fails to say they wont be liable if the outcome varies and losses have been incurred due to that action. My logic is that it opens them up to lawsuit. Even general advise not given by a financial advisor has warnings. Otherwise just make no comment on the matter at hand until a later date!
