This decision to reject the bid in the complete absence of a higher offer is another terrible decision by the Santos board. They should be called to account. As a shareholder I see this as a disgraceful decision and to buy quadrant compounds the situation. Textbook value destruction. What ever happened to the time value of money. The bid is way above the underlying value of the company. Everyone associated with STO knows it e.g. Contractors , employees , brokers etc etc
