The Harbour statement contains some revelations, such as Aud cash for up to 10000 shares, possible roll into new entity, 20c franked dividend etc. that were not publicly disclosed by Santos board before rejection. It also accuses our representatives of less than frank and open dealing. The Board is empowered to negotiate on our behalf and I am sure there are good and proper reasons, but I, for one would like to hear what they are.
